Cathedral of St. Augustine's

Cathedral of St. Augustine’s (“Cathedral”) is an existing Michigan ecclesiastical corporation that was incorporated on September 12, 2002.  

 

Cathedral is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization faith based religious organization. The Internal Revenue Service regarding recognizes Cathedral of St. Augustine's as an ecclesiastical organization and considers the corporation as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization without any determination letter. 

 

Cathedral of St. Augustine's is authorized to acquire, own, and operate cemeteries in the state of Michigan and throughout the Nation.

 

Cathedral, a faith-based organization is associated with St. Augustine’s National Foundation (the registered assumed name of  St. Augustine’s University Foundation, an existing Michigan nonprofit corporation which also is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization).  

 

St. Augustine’s National Foundation serves as support for the educational ministries in interest of the  Cathedral of St. Augustine's.
