The Board of Trustees, Catedral of St. Augustine's is pleased to announce the progression of negotiations for the expansion of its Heritage Legacy Services portfolito to include the asset acquistion of Knollwood Memorial, Canton MI.

​

St. Augustine's Management is actively facilitating compliances with regulatory requirmenets.

​

Financial obligations prerequisites are projected to be completed prior to September 30, 2016.

​

Knollwood Memorial Park Cemetery Licenses; Operations, Marketing, Pre-need, Cremation shall be restored Spring 2017.
